New location for The Rothbury Practice

Following engagement with patients in December 2015 and January 2016, The Rothbury Practice will be moving to Rothbury Community Hospital on Friday 15 December. Urgent appointments only will be available at Longframlington and Harbottle surgeries on this day. Help is available with transport if required.

Full services provided by the practice will resume at the new location will resume on Monday 18 December.

The practice states that increased space on the ground floor of the hospital will be fit-for purpose and bring benefits to patients through:

  • Improved environment in a modern, purpose-built facility
  • Closer integration between our GPs and other healthcare teams that may treat you including community nurses and physiotherapists
  • Improved accessibility to ground floor clinical rooms
  • Parking facilities
