SUMMARY:Delivering in Berwick - Healthwatch Northumberland Annual Event
DESCRIPTION:This is a free event for people who live or work in Northumberland and are interested in local health and social care services. \nBook your free place \n  \nThe event is in two parts – \n10.30am – 12.00pm \nA drop-in information event where you can speak to\, and pick up information from\, NHS and community services\, taking place in the studio. \n12.30pm – 2.00pm \nA sit-down event in the theatre where you can hear about our work over the last year\, and from providers of services about what’s on offer locally. We are excited that our guest speakers this year will be from NHS Trusts\, who will talk about mental health\, hospital\, and other services in the area\, plus Thriving Together\, who will tell us about the voluntary and community support that is available. \nWe’ll be serving refreshments and snacks ahead of the sit-down event. Councillor Isabel Hunter will open the event for us. \nYou can join us for one or both parts of the day! If you are attending the theatre event we ask that you register for your free place below. There is no need to register for the information event. \nAccess \nMaltings Berwick is fully accessible with a lift to all floors\, accessible seating in the theatre and accessible toilets. \nIf you are attending the theatre event please let us know if you require a wheelchair space. \nDietary requirements \nWe are serving a light lunch at 12pm for those who are attending the theatre event. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know by 11 October. \nTransport \nMaltings Berwick is a 15-minute walk from Berwick train station. \nThe car park directly outside Maltings Berwick is free for two hours with a parking disc. If you are joining us for longer there is a long-stay car park next to B&M on Castlegate – postcode TD15 1JS. \nThere are also a number of bus routes into the town centre. \nWe hope you can join us!
