North East Ambulance Service: Patient Survey Volunteer Opportunity
North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) is looking for a volunteer to collect information about patient experience of using services. The role will focus on the Patient Transport Service but there may be occasions when you are asked to survey Emergency Care Patients. This is a voluntary role and does not constitute any contractual arrangements or contract of employment with the North East Ambulance Service.
