Exercise for All from Marine Medical, Blyth
Marine Medical Group is holding exercise sessions for people of all fitness levels at the Sure Start Centre in Blyth. Taking place on Mondays between 1.00pm and 2.00pm and on Thursdays from 9.00am until 10.00am, sessions are led by a local fitness instructor, with the aim of getting more people more active, with all the physical and mental health benefits this can bring.
