Book a 1-1 session with Rob at the Adapt Community Hub, who can help with anything from setting up an email account, to using the NHS App, getting started with social media, or video calling and messaging.
Initial sessions can be booked for up to 30 minutes, with follow-up appointments available depending on your needs.
