Nominate a health or social care star!
Healthwatch Northumberland Stellar Awards celebrate the people and services who provide a particularly positive health or social care experience for people in Northumberland.
This could be:
- An individual – either a professional or a volunteer
- A team of people – for example, a hospital ward or a care home
- A service – for example, ambulance service, a health or care support service
They could be working or volunteering in any NHS health or social care service within Northumberland, for example:
- GP, pharmacy, dental and eyecare services
- Community health/care services such as physiotherapy or mental health services
- Hospitals, ambulance/transport services
- Care homes or home care support
- Patient support or social prescribing services
You can nominate a person, team or service for an award provided:
- They are not related to you
- They are providing care or support within Northumberland
- You are living in Northumberland (or did when you received care)
- You received the care in the last 12 months
Thank you for your nomination and for helping us recognise good care in Northumberland. Winners will be presented with a Stellar Awards certificate, plus recognition on our website, social media channels and in our newsletter. We will let you know if the person/service you nominate wins the award.
