Smile Together Project

SMILE Together is a new project for families living in Northumberland with a disabled family member to become more active together in sport and physical activity as a family unit.

For any family finding time to participate in activities as a family unit is sometimes hard due to time commitments and other daily tasks. For families with a disabled member, other barriers include finding an activity that the whole family can take part in and is suitable for their needs is sometimes impossible. This is where the SMILE Together project will thrive at providing an environment where all families and family members are able to access sport and physical activity together.
