In response to your letter questionaire. I don’t know why you got rid of the Clear Call system it was good enough for the last 25 years for I mainly only use it to let the postman in. I think I pay enough in rent and council tax without adding more to my monthly bill. I have family in a 1 mile radius of me and call every day on my phone/iPad so for me your telecare system is totally unnecessary
Hi Pauline, we’re not the council, we’ve shared this survey to raise awareness of the consultation. There’s an email address you can send a message to and ask for a freepost: telecare.consult@northumberland.gov.uk. If we can help further please give us a call on 03332 408468. Thanks.
Hi Kenneth, we’re not the council so you will need to send your comment to them, either via the survey or you can email: telecare.consult@northumberland.cov.uk. Thank you, the Healthwatch Northumberland team.
No envelope to return my comments
Have tried to complete this feedback twice Unfortunately when posting it has not accepted my information
Hi Philis, we’re sorry to hear this; we’ll pass your feedback on to the council so they’re aware of the issues and can hopefully resolve it. Thanks for letting us know.
Can you tell me if you received an error message when you tried to submit the form Philis?
Thanks
